Good News. There is a solution at hand for all those who have not been able to receive psat.tv for the past few months. There is no cost implication, only the inconvenience of having to modify your STB/decoder. Please contact the vendor who originally sold your STD/decoder to you. They will be supplied with the new software necessary to convert your STB. Alternatively you can send a mail to subscribe@psat.tv. Please include you existing STB/decoder ID number. This is the number at the back of the unit starting with AA. We can then make arrangements for someone in your area to contact you in order to upgrade your unit. You will be credited with twice the viewing time you have lost. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. Kind
